Modern Beach House in Goa.
Today we will present you information about the impressive and beautiful modern beach house in Goa. In this project, a 5000 m2 zoned villa with sea view was built on a 6.705 m2 land. The floor has been raised 6 meters to provide an uninterrupted view of the beach. Care was taken to ensure that the house was responsive to Goa’s year-round humid and hot weather.
Since the villa is close to the main road of Reis Magos, it has aimed to protect the private life of the family with different designs and it has been provided to have fun in the open area.
The villa is crowned with an aesthetic curved roof against the rapid rains of Goa.
Agarwal states that the creative process started from the moment the three friends decided on this project. We wanted to design a structure that gives people peace and comfort with tropical and soothing sea air and colors suitable for the terrain. There is a jali wooden wall surrounding the house. The wall provides additional privacy for those who spend time in the living area and by the pool
The pool terrace built at the ground level is the peace center of the house.
In front of the house, there is a large garden with a perfect view where you can entertain your guests with pleasure.
